This site describes the work offered under the name Casa Luz and allows you to make contact. Nothing is sold through this website and no payment is taken here. A message sent through the contact form is an enquiry, not a booking: nothing is decided and nothing is charged.

Information about the service

Provided under Section 2 of the German Service Information Obligations Ordinance (DL-InfoV):

  • Essential features of the service: individual sessions in which we look together at what is going on with you, using the approaches described on this website. A session usually lasts between 45 and 120 minutes. Sessions currently take place online or at a distance only. What we use in a session is decided during the session itself and is not fixed in advance.
  • Price: EUR 120.00 per hour. The total price for your appointment follows from the length agreed and is confirmed to you in writing before the appointment is booked. No VAT is charged, in accordance with Section 19 UStG. No further costs arise.
  • How a contract comes about: you send an enquiry. You then receive an offer by email stating the appointment, its length, the total price, the consumer information required by law and the cancellation policy. The contract comes into being only when you confirm that offer.
  • General terms and conditions, choice of law and jurisdiction clauses: none are used.
  • Guarantees beyond the statutory rights of the customer: none are given.

Right of withdrawal

Contracts concluded exclusively by email, telephone or through this website are distance contracts. Consumers therefore have a right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. The full cancellation policy and the model withdrawal form are on the Cancellation policy page, and are also sent to you together with the offer, before the contract comes into being.

Access to this website is free. By using it you agree to do so lawfully and in good faith, and not in any way that could damage the site, its owner or third parties.
